Ann P. Boswell
Ann Poulios Boswell was born and raised in New Hampshire. She is a graduate of Stony Brook University (formerly State University of New York at Stony Brook) in Stony Brook, New York (B.A. 1988), and the Delaware Law School at Widener University (formerly Widener University School of Law) in Wilmington, Delaware (J.D. 1992)
Ms. Boswell is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Bar (1992) and the Delaware Bar (2002). She is a member of the Sussex County and Delaware State Bar Associations. Ms. Boswell is primarily a litigation attorney whose areas of practice include workers’ compensation and personal injury matters. Originally practicing in Pennsylvania, she gained 4 years of experience with a prominent workers’ compensation defense firm in Wilmington. In 2002, she moved to Sussex County and made the change to representing injured workers, as she enjoys working with individuals and helping people.
An avid horsewoman, she resides near Rehoboth Beach with her husband and son.
