Angelica M. Mamani was born in Provo, Utah, and has lived across the country—from Hawaii to Alabama—before finding her home in Lower Delaware, where she plans to stay. She graduated from Brigham Young University (B.S. 2011) and earned both her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2022. During law school, she served on the Executive Board of the Alabama Civil Liberties and Civil Rights Law Review, competed in Moot Court, and received both the Good Samaritan Award and the Dean’s Service Award for her commitment to public service and academic excellence.
Ms. Mamani served two terms as a Drafting Attorney for the Delaware House of Representatives, where she worked on legislation addressing various public policy matters. That experience deepened her understanding of the Delaware statutory scheme —an advantage she brings to every case.
Ms. Mamani is admitted to practice before the Delaware Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She maintains a diverse litigation practice that includes representing individuals, businesses, and organizations in a range of civil matters.
Her practice focuses on contract disputes, business and commercial matters, and complex procedural issues. Her work often involves analyzing statutory and contractual language, drafting dispositive motions, and representing clients in state and federal court proceedings. She also handles appellate matters, drawing on her background in legislative drafting and research to craft precise, persuasive arguments.
Outside of her legal work, Angelica is actively involved in her church and local community. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with integrity, clarity, and compassion.
