Angelica M. Mamani

Angelica M. Mamani was born in Provo, Utah, but didn’t stay there long. Throughout her life Angelica has lived all over the country, going as far west as Hawaii and as far south as Alabama. She has since fallen in love with Lower Delaware and never intends to leave it. She graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah (B.S. 2011) and the University of Alabama (J.D. and LLM 2022). She competed in Moot Court, a member of the Executive Board of the Alabama Civil Liberties and Civil Rights Law Review, and recipient of the Good Samaritan and Dean’s Service Award at the University of Alabama School of Law. Ms. Mamani is admitted to practice before the Delaware Bar.

 

Ms. Mamani is a House Attorney for the Delaware House of Representatives. She is primarily a litigation attorney, representing criminal defendants, civil litigants, and creditors in bankruptcy court. She has a legal masters in tax and also assists with entity formation, including nonprofits.

 

Angelica is very involved with her local church and community groups.
