Amit U. Vyas
Former Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice (Trial Unit) and former Judicial Law Clerk for the Delaware Superior Court.
As a former Criminal Prosecutor for the Delaware Department of Justice, Mr. Vyas worked criminal cases ranging from traffic violations to DUIs to Murder First Degree.
Mr. Vyas was raised in Lewes, Delaware. He graduated from Sussex Technical High School, University of Delaware, and earned his Law Degree from Syracuse University College of Law simultaneously with his Masters Degree in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University – the nation’s top-ranked school for public affairs.
During his time at Syracuse University, Mr. Vyas served as President of Syracuse University’s South Asian Law School Association and co-authored an article titled The Common Reporting Standard and the Future that was later published in the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce 2018 Yearbook.
