Serving Delaware for over 35 years

Hudson, Jones, Jaywork & Fisher, LLC is one of southern Delaware's oldest and largest law firms. Although tracing its roots back to the 1950s when David P. Buckson (later Attorney General and Lt. Governor of Delaware) shared offices at 225 South State Street in Dover with William S. Hudson, the firm's formal origin was in 1977 as "Hudson, Jones and Jaywork." Since that time, the firm has grown to include twelve attorneys with offices in Dover, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes.

Hudson, Jones is a full-service firm providing legal counsel and representation in many areas of law including automobile accidents and other personal injury, civil litigation, business law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, criminal law, municipal, zoning and public utility law, domestic relations, bankruptcy and creditor relations, wills and estates, and administrative law. Our firm has three Delaware locations in Dover, Rehoboth and Lewes.

The guiding principles of Hudson, Jones can be summarized in three words: Quality, Service, and Trust.
